Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Data Capture

Due to new developments in Voice Over IP (VOIP) and Text to Speech technologies, we are now able to integrate IVR data capture into our popular pocket2web application at no extra cost!

Questionniares are coded and data collected in the exactly the same way as for our Smartphone or On-line form options*.

Text to Speech

The system will convert any necessary questionnaire text into speech automatically, without the need to record anything via a 'voice studio'. There is an option to preview the speech that is to be converted, and if necessary amend before continuing.

Below is an example of our text to speech application used in the IVR, please feel free to try it out.

Questionnaire Generator

When the questionnaire coding is complete we provide a facility to automatically generate the questionnaire download an example .

Telephone Lines

As part of the service we provide a landline number specific to you free of charge, that your users can to dial into (regional or worldwide numbers are available on request). You can then attach your own freephone or premium number, should you wish to.

Integrated Reporting

When the questionnaire goes live it can be completed not only by IVR users but also via the Web or Smartphone if given appropriate access. All data is collected is made available to our powerful reporting systems
